Have any of you noticed a particular breed of Cheese arisen in the past few years about ages 1 to 2 that are all "hipster" about their taste? A large number of my "cheese" in the fridge I'd describe this way. They look like hipsters and spend all their taste on how "in fashion" that taste is, in the most lame tasting hipsteresque ways. They also post a lot of Instagram filtered photos of theircelar molding meetings. I can't tell what their production method is. Sometimes it sounds cheap and non speacial but it poses with modern and tasty elements.
