I clean my teeth, and I drink coke with moderation.

I often have diet coke just because there's less sugar. I don't need a diet.

And if I must, I drink coke zero. But I drink all sorts of drinks, my teeth are fine right now Big Grin

I wouldn't eat the sugar on their own, no. Coke has other ingredients that make it extra yum.

Yes, think about it this way: one of my favorite snacks... is to pour straight sugar into a small bowl, gently touch my tongue to it once about every 5-7 seconds, while playing a turn based video game Undecided

Well done, EvF...

It's so hard for me to do that Undecided I'm heavily addicted to it, and it's hard for me to make myself brush my teeth every morning and night... And the worst thing about the last part: I'm hardly working on it Undecided

Well I rarely drink sodas of any kind and if I have to drink diet I just wont drink it at all. I was pleased, however, to see that my favorite candy, Reese's, seems to have the lease amount of sugar on the candy list. Unfortunately my fat problem comes from more than just sugar. I love to eat crapBig Grin

Sad It's worth it, I had a root canal on one my teeth, the rest are really fine , but this one teeth I can't feel pain in its gum now. Which may sound good, but that way it does also mean that it will be harder for me to know if the tooth gets infected again...I really want to look after my teeth now. Besides I think I actually have quite nice teeth. They used to be all crooked but I had a brace when I was like 11 and now they're kind of straighter than your average nice teeth I reckon. Hopefully I'm not deluding myself there lol.

I'm more concerned about my teeth calcilating into a single tooth. o.o That would not be good, really...

Start brushing then!

Just gotta start the habit and get it going till it's really a habit for sure. Then once habitual it's not hard.

Starting may be the trouble. Just think it over how important it is then.
