Fried okra is the bomb. If you haven't tried this, you need too. However the states that say "Primary Method of Transportation: Horses" I will say that I see that here. I know a boy who rode his horse to school a few times a week. They had a place to tie him up at school. Also Guns and school enforcement here is low. If you went hunting after school, and brought your rifles to school, it was fine. It had to say in the truck was the only rule.

My mother-in-law was "southern" and one time she made a big thing of okra for a family barbeque. My wife whispered in my ear "don't eat that."
I took her word for it. It looked like shit anyway.

I generally don't like hot sauce, but with fried okra. It is heaven on a plate.

Pulled pork needs a good sauce. Grits... They are just bland, not bad, just uh. Collards need salt, way to much salt to be healthy. What about cornbread and honey?(This invention makes me question god. SOOOO GOOD)
