The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK "That's disgusting. He reduced the font size. That means he gave them a really quiet fuck you. It's not like it was directed at us. We are an atheist forum after all. He's brand new. It's not his place to immediately know the culture of this forum. I didn't see anything wrong with what he posted. He's just oppressed in his real life and he very quietly exhibited his rejection of what he is being forced into accepting irl.

Welcome. How's life for a free thinker in your country? I've been to nearby Indonesia and they take religion very seriously there. I was advised to keep quiet about religion while I was in public. Do you need to stay "in the closet" as we say (keeping your non-belief a secret) or can you be open about it? What consequences might a non-believer face, not just legally but socially?
Atheist Forums Hall of Shame:
"The trinity can be equated to having your cake and eating it too." ... -Lucent, trying to defend the Trinity concept "(Yahweh's) actions are good because (Yahweh) is the ultimate standard of goodness. That’s not begging the question" ... -Statler Waldorf, Christian apologist |
