I'm pretty sure at least half the people who read this post about yawning will want to yawn, or actually yawn. I know I yawned writing it. Isn't yawning weird? What's the point of yawns? *Yawn*

I think I heard somewhere that yawning is actually when our brains need a little bit more oxygen or something. I have no idea if that's true or whatnot. I've never looked it up.
But the reason people yawn when they see other people yawn is because of empathy. I have read about that before.
Chimps will do the same thing. Their buddy yawns and it'll make them yawn. They'll even yawn if they see a human do it.

Apparently yawning also increases blood flow to the limbs and increases alertness, which helped when it was dark and there were predators around. Also I didn't yawn.
