At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
What does a sock-puppet mean? Is that an official term or is it just a meaningless pejorative?

No, a sockpuppet is a secondary account deliberately created to agree with, support and otherwise aggrandise a user's primary account. The most common function of a sock account is to circumvent a ban on a primary account. No unbanned person here is guilty of doing either of those things.

Some people's egos are just too big and fragile to tolerate the thought of a forum without them in it. Those same people seem to think the Staff are stupid and won't notice.
