The Unruly Bible

The Unruly Bible
This is a Thread where members of AF.net can gather together and write a great epic, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, containing the will of whatever they please. Inconsistencies are expected and even encouraged, but coherency is better for the enjoyment and laughter of all. To commemorate the start of such an undertaking, I will be the first to write chapter 1 in the book of whogivesashit so that the rest of you may gain some insight as to the pattern this should take.

The Book of whogivesashit

Chapter 1

1 In the end, the beginning began again. There was no god, but there was, for he was a void, without form.
2 This void sprang to existence because He willed it so. He being the void, the void being Him.
3 Out of nothingness, and out of everything, created He Him.
4 Back in time traveled He, to the year before years.
5 And it was the first day. The first hour. The first minute. The first nanosecond.
6 Day created He, and night followed as an afterthought.
7 Light would He create later, for afterthoughts are a thing of Him.
8 It was a hefty task laid before Him by Him, and through Him, so He snapped His invisible fingers, which did nothing.
9 But on the second snap, His labors were complete.
10 He looked on at His creations, and saw that they were rushed and hurried, without purpose.
11 He decided that it would serve His needs and the needs of His world better if there was purpose...the curse of the afterthoughts be upon Him again.
12 And He hid himself away until He could think of a better plan, and in His wake, His creation fell apart, to be rebuilt on a different day.
