1) Is the original form of Sahih Bukhari colelction of hadith preserved somewhere. I cannot find it, over the internet.
2) Are these Hadith originally genuine, or contradict within themselves.
3) Were these hadith originally found in written form, or just listened to them through honest people.

You can find them in Arabic with a translation in English , Indonesian and Urdu here. .

I haven't a good knowledge of ahadith to answer.

There are many theories about these.
