As much as I hate when people have double standards about PDAs when gays do it, and as much as she was in the wrong... what made you feel the need to kiss in a supermarket?
Were you turned on by the bananas? I don't get it.
I have actually kissed in public before but when I do it it's something meaningful, a goodbye or when we're sitting somewhere quiet. I've never felt the need to get a freaky on in the middle of the supermarket before but ok... soooo romantic in the bread aisle!
Hubby and I kiss in public with some regularity. Nothing sexy about being in the bread aisle, but what we are saying might be. I don't see why you shouldn't. Just don't feel free to put your hands down each others pants, cup a breast (if the cuppee is a girl), or neck for thirty seconds at a stretch, or anything else I wouldn't do in public.
Seriously, my only question is would I do it in front of my kids. If the answer is yes, it's fine in the supermarket.

I just thought the location was random, like what would you be talking about while buying food that warrants a kiss?
Oh well, each to their own, I'm not against PDAs until it gets overtly sexual anyway. That would make me a hypocrite having done it myself.

My...errr....plumbing...is a bit off, today. But I did manage to go out for a crepe and a movie (The End of the Tour).

If you can take some time off, if you have the money, and if you even want to, you are more than welcome to come visit Texas where I live for a little vacation. Just to get away and see some new things. You can stay at my home. We have a spare bedroom here with a bathroom. My husband is gone a lot and I don't have much to do during the day besides tend to the home, cook the meals, take care of the cats, etc. I would love to show you around Texas, and there are some fun things to do around here. We could drive up to Austin for a day and meet Parker's Tan, too.
This is a completely serious offer. Please PM me if this sounds like something you could or would want to do.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Sitting at work, bored outta my skull.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

What's everyone up to right now?

Setting up my DJ equipment in the living room and video taping the kids dance to "watch me whip".
We are not made happy by what we acquire but by what we appreciate.
