If anyone's interested:

-takes ghost pepper

-and eats it! (only in the right side of my mouth, I am NOT sacrificing my entire mouth)

-instant hiccups after I ingest it

-right side of my face starts to burn

-my right eye starts to tear up

-runs downstairs for the fridge (milk, not water)

-frantically grabs the carton of skim milk

-while crying on 1 side of my face, pours milk all over face, and down my shirt (meant to drink it)

-hiccups stop

-milk running low, runs upstairs

-starts to rinse off tongue in sink (most of the capsaican is deactivated by now)

-still hot, starts to scratch tongue

-pain overwhelms the burn, sadistic relief

-fills mouth with cold water, goes to rest in bedroom

-an unstoppable cough arrives, I splooge the water all over my rug

-relief

Please don't hate me for posting more of my food shots Tongue These are calzones with home made dough (of course). Inside, they're stuffed with a combination of pizza sauce, fresh ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, spinach, mushrooms, garlic, onions, and Italian pork sausage (home made). I finished them with an egg wash to make them all brown and yummy toasty Hungry

I eat my calzones with a fork and knife. I cut out the top and eat it and then eat the contents like it's in a bowl. Then I eat the "bowl".
