Now, if you don't want to go into the dark side, learn to control those emotions... my advice is to channel them all to the horn!
Preventive driving will help you foresee some of those idiots doing their idiocies and you can then avoid them easily... master the force and the future will become clear. 
Oh my instructor does teach a preventive/defensive driving method and I always follow it - That isn't the issue, the issue is that I'm trying to do everything correctly and some idiots ruin everything. It's impossible to not get mad.

How about when it is your own instructor that blows the horn and starts yelling at those idiots? 
He doesn't, he's a very calm person. I think he just got used to do job. I don't personally honk the horn because it is illegal and I'm supposed to follow the rules but I still smack my hand against the wheel and start insulting people.

We can use online services at most places, too. All you have to do is fill out some paperwork for the request!

Or, more accurately...
My fucking car battery died in the cold weather, plus snow means I'll miss a day of work, still have to go out (to replace said battery) and make up hours over the rest of the week.

Ahhh... indeed, it's a bit illegal to honk at people, but perfectly legal to honk it at cars misbehaving.

We can request access online... then wait for a week or two until we get the password in the mail.
That's why Portugal has a few outstanding debts... we actually reformed this whole old-fashioned paper system and turned it into a twenty-first century mostly paperless way of doing things... (that and some crappy deals with private institutions that can't lose money, so if any has to be put forth, has to be put there by the gov't - and I'm talking about hospitals, road management, schools... the things that shouldn't be in the hands of those corporate bloodsuckers)

Met with an accident today. That car's rear bumper was fucked and i nearly hit a post as i was throw out, but the important thing is my bike has minimum damage.
