Well far be it from me to tell anyone else where they should be sticking their parts, as long as it's all adults and consensual.
I just don't believe they had no idea. There was no point where they took a photo together and thought "o-oh! um-k.... hmmmm..."? Never? Ok.

Yabut, if you had literally no idea you had a twin brother and you saw someone that looked like you, even a lot like you, would you automatically think "we should get a DNA test?" It's not even from the point of view of them being physically identical, even that they had so much in common on a psychological level that they clicked as soul-mates. I think they found that (I don't know how to word this so I hope it makes sense) in like 50% of identical twins where at least one was gay, the other was. Yeah I think that makes sense.
Gay siblings is very common, even among siblings of different ages. Me and my younger brother are both gay, and I knew one family with 3 brothers where all were gay.
