Modern jazz (instrumental and free-form) is what I usually use for study/work music.  Anything with vocals or a recognizable melody, and I start mentally tracking the music instead of what I'm trying to work on.

Cleaning up in  the house and garden after our visitors, the kids were like a whirlwind, sorry to say one of the kids who visited likes eating wood and plasterboard, he shuffled up to my TV cabinet and started eating it.

I'm not making this up, it's really true, he was wearing a onesie or onesy IDK, but the hood was on his front? The lad is 12 years old and wears a nappy, it's really sad.
