What's everyone up to right now?

Bad anxiety day. Had therapy and that helps, I think that's where my exhaustion and some of my physical pain comes from. We were planning on going out to one of my favorite restaurants, but I'm just not up to it.

Spent the afternoon reading, then picking up various items at stores that I can only get to on Saturdays, then baking.
