Back from seeing my psychiatrist. We're going to stop the medication and see if my symptoms rebound. And I got some sleep meds. I didn't expect to get them, so I was really clumsy in phrasing my request. She still gave them to me. But she's still "managing me" rather than working with me. I have to justify everything I say with her. "Are you sure you're depressed?" "Are you sure those were manic symptoms?" I've been dealing with this for 25 years and have excellent insight into my symptoms. It pisses me off that, just because I'm delusional, and suicidal, everything I say comes under unnecessarily strict scrutiny. I can't be trusted about even the most mundane of things, apparently.

Back from breakfast with the father. Had half of a chicken fajita wrap. Now checking in with Rally Sweden. Sorry to hear Sebastian Ogier crashed, and is now 4m down from 1st.
As for the rest of the day, no clue. Women's tennis at SDSU (v. UC Irvine)? Dunno. It rained last night but looks pretty stable now.

It's pretty windy up here, c. A little chilly out of the sun too. I wouldn't be surprised if it rains again today.

So, apparently yesterday's Leno "adios" was epic and meant for me. Why the fuck did I have to miss it? There was a bacon bikini and Bill Maher. I mean... bacon and Maher! WTF!

@rex Yep everything is going well so far. Only a couple more months to go. Hopefully this one goes the full 9 months, unlike the first one.
