Went to writer's group with the scene-and-a-half I managed to write last night.  The other half-scene is partially based on something from the first draft of the story (probably hiding in the pile of manuscript beside the desk), but with a personnel change, and designed to link up with and foreshadow another story.  Time-travelling assassins and a lot of dragons are involved.

Went shopping.  Somehow managed to not buy junk food.

Played my bass clarinet for a while.  Think I'm starting to get it.

At home absolutely carless.

A woman smashed into the back of my car yesterday, I was relatively very lucky because of a few factors.  My car was parked up and no one was inside.  The woman stopped to check out the damage (and hug the driver behind her for some reason).  There were so many witnesses and people out on the street that came forward it was crazy.  I guess every hates those hit and run people so much so everyone piled in on trying to help me out.

The woman seemed friendly enough, she looked like a reality tv type woman and I got told apparently she has been on a UK reality tv show. Her insurance company has told me she's accepting full responsibility so I just have to wait and see what happens next. 

It meant I had to spend the night at my ex girlfriend's (mother of my daughter) house which was actually really good in so many ways.  

My car might be a right off because of where she hit it which is on the side where the petrol goes in.  I don't know much about cars but a couple of people who looked at my car who claimed to have knowledge said they didn't think I'd see the car again and would probably be getting a new one. 

My motive this week off work was to get ultra fit and lose that bit of body fat I wanted to loose but I feel like my motivation for that feels weak right now.  I actually miss work people at this stage and just want to get back, as crazy as that sounds.
