My wife did an extraordinary job of making all kinds of food that we didn't even eat. I thanked her for it, of course. We'll be eating this stuff for at least a week. She roasted one 16 pound turkey in the oven, and convinced one of my sons to smoke another 16 pounder in the smoker. That's enough meat for four people for a couple of weeks; completely unnecessary. Some may spoil before that. I did NOT gorge myself. No need for that. Now, I'm just surfing the net, waiting for the caffeine injection (cuppa coffee) I took at 12:45 to wear off (it's 7:15 local time, atm). Then it will be time to scrutinize my eyelids for light leaks.
