Well, the presentation for my business project went well. I also just came back from my visit to my psychologist. It went well, except that the first time I had my bloood pressure tested, it was something like 135/90. I think anxiety regarding my having to be up and ready so early in the morning, and my need to take a dump might have had something to do with it. So, he said I needed to get back down to 125/85. So, at the end, I had it done again, having had time to relax and take a crap, and it wound up going back down to 122/82 in the space of less than an hour. To this day, I have no idea how they get two numbers from one dial.

My neighborhood's hitting lows of around 5 c (40 f i think) right now. May not seem like much but when the houses don't have heating, french doors/windows are common, hot water only comes during the day due to solar powered water heaters, and everyone uses two-wheelers for commuting, things can get pretty non-fun.
In summary, I'm freezing my ass off right now.
The word bed actually looks like a bed.

Making my picks for football this week. I struggled with the Colts and Cowboys game, and ended up watching 20 minutes of highlight footage trying to decide. All I can say is that if football Santa could keep T.Y. Hilton on the sidelines this week, it would be appreciated.

To this day, I have no idea how they get two numbers from one dial. Basically, they pump up the cuff past the pressure where the blood can flow thru the artery. Then slowly release the pressure. The first reading is when they can first hear the flow coming past the cuff restriction. The second reading is when they can no longer hear the restricted flow.
