Donating plasma. Apparently I can get 50 mbps internet for free thanks to a Comcast tier for low-income people who need internet. I need to go pick up the modem still as I didn't have time to do it today, but hopefully by this time tomorrow I will have internet again. I still won't have TV, but one step at a time. I'm guessing this low-income tier came about so that kids could do remote learning during the pandemic, and was probably included in Biden's infrastructure bill, but there's no telling how long this tier will exist. And I'm still pissed, probably as much at myself as at Comcast. I got screwed, but I was a willing if ignorant participant in the process.

Talking with the SSi people. On my second try because the number we were given was in New Mexico and not Illinois.

I have internet again. Yay! A day without internet was rather trying. I was paying $70/month for 100 Mbps and the local TV channels, now I'll be paying $0 for 50 Mbps and I'll need to supply my own TV. There are a couple of options I need to look at, including seeing if the antenna on the roof of my building is still functional or not. There's also a 100 Mbps plan that I qualify for. The listed price is $30/month, but my ACP credit before was $30, so after the credit it might be anywhere from $0 to $30. Strangely, with my old plan, I was only getting 6 Mbps up. On this low-income plan, I'm getting over 10 Mbps up.

Because little Miss Harley tends to pee in the dog beds, I took all three apart and washed the covers today. They are a real pain to put back together. I did the one in the office then the one just like it that's in the living room. Then I went to get the cover and bolster to do the big one...and she had already peed in the one in the living room. smh
We are able to get her outside more often since the weather isn't bad and she's now too big to slip out under the gate.

I've started a diet. I've shed 4-5 few pounds already, but need to go with another 15.

Caught a flight to Monterrey, Nuevo León this morning for a concert tomorrow. Somehow, our Uber driver managed to take us to the wrong place, 25 minutes away from our intended destination. Same street number and street name, wrong side of the city. Sorted it out and now getting ready to enjoy some Margherita pizza.

The decision of if I was going to sew or not was made by Harley who chewed through the cord to the foot pedal that makes the damn machine go. Ordered a new one...hope it's the right one. Pretty sure husband can splice this one but would be nice to have backup.
We should have named her 'Terror' or 'Teeth of Terror'. smh
Good thing for her that she's cute.
