Just finished "The Return of the King". Now I have to figure out what to listen to next...bookwise.

Just got back from trout fishing at an old coal tipple. Biggest in world when it was complete…but they stop running it full ten years later due to spontaneous combustion in the pile.

Finished three quilts now in about a week.

I may cut some more fabric tomorrow after I get done working...yep, I have to work on a paid holiday because someone else is out for a week. It's okay since I don't have to leave the house or get out of my pajamas to do it. In the long run it will make my life easier - at least that's what I am telling myself.

I'm glad your dad made it back home in time for you to share a dinner together today.

Most years, we usually have Thanksgiving dinner with a friend of the family. That said, she was gracious enough to give us some food so we could have our own dinner and Dad could spend as much time as he needed horizontal.
