Just got back from having a physical. Stopped at Chipotle's on the way home and spent the last of my Christmas gift cards on a chicken burrito bowl. Now I'm waiting for the coffee to brew, and going to sit and relax.

Just finished my dinner and watching TV. I tried to make crispy tofu dippers, but I was hungry/impatient and didn't drain the tofu quite enough before sticking it in the oven, so they were rather un-crispy, which was disappointing. Still tasty though.

My editor and my cover artist got back to me with first round results today. I love my prototype cover art, it's so cheesy and Harlequin-esque, but my editor made sure to include a "I'm not being mean, just thorough!" note with her edits. It's... kind of a bad sign.

Oh well, looks like I've got some work to do over the weekend. I hate editing but... I don't really mind in this case, I guess.

Home from work, enjoying a Mexican beer. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but there are some fun brews out there. A friend of mine is into different brews and got me to try some new brands. I'm normally a wine drinker, but what's nice about beer I have to say, is I never have hang overs the next day, as compared to my experiences with wine. Heading to a party later, should be fun.
