Figuring out how to pay off my credit cards if for some reason I'm not able to donate plasma anymore. I can do it, but the next 6 months would be very lean until Amazon is paid off.

Ignitors are the number one failure mode. If your dryer isn't too old, a new one should be available.

The dryer just croaked.  Looking at prices for a new one.

Go to a big box store and buy a return. Our new dryer (a few years old, now) had a scratch on the back, and the buyer refused delivery.   Brand new, got it for half price.

That's how we got a decent price on our current one, or at least we went to the scratch and dent section.  I don't need a washer and dryer to look pretty (especially in the back), I just need them to wash and dry the laundry.

Exactly why we bought what we did. The washer and dryer are in the garage, here. Anyone wants to lay judgment on the dented appliances can take a hike. I've since put some serious damage on the dryer when climbing over it to get to an electrical problem. #noshame

Reinstalling Windows 11 on the other computer without all the stupid requirements that Microsoft introduced with Windows 11, including the irksome requirement to install with a Microsoft online account instead of a local account. Supposedly you could install plain vanilla Windows 11 Pro without that, but I didn't find any such option when I tried it.

Recovering from Covid. Fully vaxed and I still got it. Mostly just a sore throat. Still pretty miserable, but not as bad as yesterday.

Sewing for the first time in a couple months. Have three quilts pinned together and ready to sew. Decided I better get to it.

Got up feeling like crud four hours ago, now I feel way worse. Shivering, but temperature is 98F according the a forehead thermometer. Joint and muscle ache, headache. It's 85 outside, 77 inside, no a/c. WTAF is this devilry?
