I went. I've been suffering from a cough due to exacerbated asthma from a flu I had a month ago. (Get your fucking shots, people). I went and managed a half-hour on the cross ramp at a steady clip without coughing even once.

Now if only the goddamn weather would warm up and dry up here, and I'll be able to go trail running again.

I hear that. The weather here has been just as bad. I like to work out outside. Hasn't happened in weeks.

I can drink a lot of vodka before I get drunk. I can drink a lot of whisky before I REALIZE I'm drunk. And by whisky I mean Laphroaig.
