I'm basing my actions on the default actually happening, secretly hoping Obama has a constitutional trick up his sleeve. I feel like they're a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off and Obama's the fox, waiting for them to fall over on their own..
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Even China has chimed in on the default, granted they hold a lot of our debt and would be disproportionately screwed. But a default would be disastrous to the global economy, not just our own.
Can this just stop now?

Really, I don't see this ending until A) America becomes a failed state and Obama a failed president, or B) The Tea Party stops becoming a major force in the Republican Party.

The rules committee under the rules of the house change the standing rules of the house to take away the right of any member to move to a vote to open the government and gave that right exclusively to the republican leader.
