should i get a cat?
November 12, 2013 at 7:48 am
(This post was last modified: November 12, 2013 at 7:52 am by leodeo.)
I like animals and want a pet but my apartment doesn't Allow dogs but allows cats. I like dogs better but willing to settle for a cat.
However the kind of people that like cats kinds scares me.
For example, if you go to Christian forums and make a thread about cats, within 20 mins that thread becomes 8 pages long with everyone talking bout how much they love their cats while most other topics remain pretty quiet. and they all have cat meme.avatars and pics.of.their cats.
It scares me.not cuz they christian, but most of the people are posters in the singles section and are pretty overweight, nerdy, yet some how super stuck up online.
I just feel like if I get a cat I'll become an even bigger loser lol.

Perhaps they are attracted by stories of Noah and the great Cataclysm.
Also, what cat wouldn't want to live in a home with lots of fish symbols around...

"The greatest deception men suffer is from their own opinions" - Leonardo da Vinci
"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

My dog passes for a cat when you're standing about 6 meters away and he's on his tummy. Then he stands up and barks.
He's one of those fluffy types.
