I am asking if non human things can be a god, like money, government, ideologies.

If someone lives for, works for, does for, adores, loves, wants, desires etc etc.... Aren't all these attributes combined synonomous with worshipping or regarding something as separate and above his own humanity and worthy of centering his own life around.

Can it e said that people worship money, or that money is their god?
