Perhaps people should need a license to have a baby. Anyone found pregnant without a license would be subject to a state imposed abortion.

I support killing the unborn, while they are still very underdeveloped, and refrigerating them until they are sold to be eaten.
When it comes to chickens, anyway. RE: Pro abortion or not

I believe that quarries and forests should be regulated by strict building codes because they are simply unconstructed buildings.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK "That's disgusting. I'm pro responsibility. That means not getting pregnant, or getting someone pregnant, unless you want a pregnancy. But it can also mean choosing not to bring an unwanted child into a world that doesn't really want him.
I've explained my opinion before, and I believe that adoption is a perfectly responsible option for unwanted pregnancies. In fact, it would do Australia well to have more infant adoptions.

Then pay women who want abortions to carry to term.
