I guess I'd like to be a trailing spouse for someone who travels the world doing something they love so that I can go with them to the interesting places. Wait, that's what I am now except I don't often allow myself to miss a day of teaching to do it. I've passed on Oz and loads of Asian and European countries. But this year I made it to Hawaii and San Diego with minimal impact to my classes. Soon I'll retire and pursue this passion with more commitment.
Naw, I don't really like to travel a lot. Maybe a few times a year but I love being home and in my garden surrounded by my dogs. I also like cooking. Bet I'd make someone a great wife .. I mean spouse.
Now if I could go back in time to when my hands were less arthritic and my back less balky I think I'd enjoy designing gardens.

I've been retired for 20 years. Now, as noted elsewhere, I plan to do 4 years of crap exciting learning so I can teach in Asia. Anything that gets me there and pays the bills. It's a different world. I'll be living my second life.
Actually, I love to learn, so though I joke, and the work load I'm planning is intense, I'll have a ball working toward my degree. I'm happiest when exposed to new things. A book, a class, a subject, a city, a country, a continent... how could I not be excited?

I'm so bad at these things. I would love to own a hops/marijuana farm out in east county (San Diego). I could have a couple of horses that way too. But, then I wouldn't be close to the beach anymore, and that's kind of a necessity. If I could put time on hold at the farm while I'm at the beach, that's what I would do. But first I'd need to invent a time stopper. Hm.

I'd like to teach maths to 5-9 th graders.
Nowadays, it seems that most kids just don't get taught the thing properly... and it's so wonderfully simple!
