I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I don't mind if someone says 'god bless you' to me if I sneeze or if they don't know I'm an atheist, but when someone knows how I feel and says it to be an ass it really pisses me off.

And on that thought why would god have to bless you when you sneeze? Dumb.

There's an old myth that your heart stops for a moment when you sneeze, this has since been proven to be a myth. People would say god bless you because your heart resumed beating and you didn't drop dead.
