I can't help but suspect this has a mirror image dilemma relating to the Christian notion of everlasting punishment and Pascal's wager.
There's an asymmetry in that you're weighing the cost of a moral obligation, which is essentially infinite (your loved one's torture), against the cost of violating a finite costing, but essential moral duty. Kant talks of both types as being part of a total moral understanding.
I'd probably violate the young man. But then, I'm amoral and horny.

Yeah, there's another problem. I'm guessing about 25% of men would see this situation as a justification for GETTING to rape a 14 year-old girl. And I'm giving 74% of men a benefit of the doubt that they probably don't deserve.

I wouldn't rape the girl but the torture would torture me to the point my animal self took over. Then I'd rape the girl.

Torture means what? Torture means sterilized needles under the fingernail, electric shocks in all most sensitive places, denailing, waterboarding, beating, light burning, cutting. Your loved one would be permanently crippled, but not dead.
Also you never actually get to see the psycho who kidnapped you. He gets thugs to knock you out & you wake up in the room.

So... there would be permanent damage done to the loved one...
Contrasting with not so permanent psychological damage done to the other girl...
