I have a friend who has posted a number of those radiation maps, he is convinced that there is a wave of radiation that will, I dunno... turn us all into glowing lizard people, or something. He buys into pretty much every conspiracy theory, though. If the government was doing one-fifth of the stuff he believes it is, the planet would probably be a lifeless husk by now.
