There should just be a limit on using it once a day
plus I think there should be a thumbs down icon for if you think a comment is stupid.

If a kudos isn't enough, you give them reputation. Just do that.

The medal looks nice, though.

This reminds me of reddit gold (and incidentally silver)... someone needs to do an MS paint version of Cinjin's medal for those posts that are good, but not quite that good.
