The Bible, however, says that a flood covered the whole earth (see Genesis 7:18-20). This means we should find places where the water drained. The Grand Canyon is one of those places. It is a washed-out spillway and provides great evidence for Noah’s Flood.

I can't imagine anyone being converted by the story of Noah. The grand Canyon is considered one of the wonders of the world, to my knowledge, and I would assume it's because there aren't any other canyons of that size scattered across the globe. Which there would be if one flood could do that.
