It appears the link you've provided for your avatar has stopped hosting whatever image you were using. You'll have to find another one.

I recommend you save the image to your computer and then upload it, that way you don't have to worry about this happening. Unless you are already using an uploaded avatar? In which case, it's a glitch in the matrix.
