Why would a designer make it look like species emerged from natural selection? Well, why not. If two cars have the same designer, they are going to have many similarities. Why not equipped creatures with similar DNA and the ability to adapt (evolve), which I do believe in Evolution by the way, so that they can survive better based on the environment?

We may have evolved from Apes but it could still be the hand of a creator that was responsible for all the miraculous positive mutations that would be required. There is no evidence that that many positive mutations could happen especially by accident. That would be a miracle

You are conflating two different things.

Evolution is a fact. It has been observed happening and we have countless examples.

A scientific theory is an explanation of the facts and evidence on hand, and is subject to being revised or completely scrapped if new evidence or knowledge become available.

The Theory of Evolution describes how life on the planet has become so diverse by tracking the evolution of life over the past however many billions of years. It is not a theory in the sense that it's just a guess. At the very least it's a very reliable informed opinion. It cannot be dismissed because it is called a theory; it will always be a theory.

Gravity is a fact. There is also a Theory of Gravity, which has changed in the past and could conceivably change in the future. But it would not affect the fact that gravity exists.

Of course if there's a common designer who is omnipotent, we should expect it to have the same limitation as human designers: limited imagination, cutting corners, re-using the same designs over and over, working with limited resources...not.

The average human is born with around 60 mutations, there's 7.5 billion of us on the planet right now. So out of the 45billion mutations in the species right now is it really that 'miraculous' that some are positive?
