State funded faith schools tend to get higher results than normal comprehensive (high schools) that have no faith based element to them. It's a massive stain on the British education sector that needs to be abolished.

But because parents of children who go there would object en masse no government has the balls to do it (a lot of them probably support them too).

darn, I don't want to get into a rant on British secondary education, heh.
