Blogger or Scribd? Which is better

I have been frustrated with this for ever. I have a bunch of drafts and documents about religion, philosophy, atheism and including a few comments about legal philosophy and I want to share this stuff and make it available. I do not care about the people who view it but as long as it is viewable to somebody is all that I want.

I have a blogger account and an up and running blog in which I have no done much posting on because I hate the set up. I am used to writing impersonal documents not sensationalized blog articles. I really want to start posting my lengthy set of papers on something but I cannot determine what medium it should be.

As you may know, all the free stuff has ads.
Ask you ISP about hosting a basic WordPress or joomla website.
Once that is done, posting/editing/viewing articles is very nice and easy.

Not in the slightest bit worried about things like ads. I also really hated Wordpress when I began using it, it was so featureless and needlessly expensive. Paying hundreds of USD just to get a functional blog is not worth it for me. I am a very irregular poster.
