I'm a South-African living in the city of Pretoria. Glad to be here!
I used to be a hard-core christian, becoming "born-again", getting baptized in water and spirit, everything.
About five years ago, a change started happening: While in church (a mega-charismatic church) I was shocked when an appeal was made for donations to build a new youth wing.
This, while there was homeless people in our city left to their own devices!
I eventually left this church, meaning to join another congregation.
This never happened because while thinking about what happened, I inadvertently started drifting away from Christianity.
Later on it came to me that this mind shift occurred because I was not being brain-washed anymore!
I wonderful feeling of freedom came with this realization!
In future posts, I would like to share my journey with you guys!
