I would give you a hug, but how do I know I'd get it back?

I'm afraid I cringed earlier today when someone was trying to be kind; the problem was that she was making a move toward touching me. I can understand patients, when I'm working with them doing that, but not a stranger when I'm applying for a CNA training class.

Don't touch me unless I invite you to. A person recently, just as a gesture, patted me on the back and shoulder. I could have ripped his arm off. Instead I simply mentioned that I don't like being touched. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
