That can be true, while simultaneously not knowing how to best apply those insights. It often takes other "fucked" people to show the way.

Incidentally, blade, the purpose of that sort of inpatient treatment isn't so much to fix whatever it is that is at the root of your troubles, but rather to stabilize you and get you steered in the right direction. Sounds like that at least worked. But yeah, it doesn't necessarily measure up to expectation.

This is true, also it is amazing how innovative you get when wanting to kill yourself. Somehow I was going to use my mosin nagant. Anyway, it is true we often get stuck on the how. I think my break up was the straw that broke me.

I always look forward to going to the mental hospital, it gives my an opportunity to meet like minded people, and its a nice place to be, well for me anyway.

I was completely moony when I got divorced from my first wife. Can't begin to tell you how happy I am about that now. If you survive you might even look back and thank your lucky stars.
