No hope for you, and let me give you some EVIDENCE why. Preventive care cannot be done unless you know what the outcome would most likely be if you haven't done it. For example, brushing your teeth to minimize tooth decay. Buckling your seatbelt. Not eating poison. Also, what does experience gives you, KNOWLEDGE. You that thing that you called useless.
