Do you realize that he had several verbal warnings, two official warnings, and a temp ban for exactly the same thing, and that he expressed only righteous indignation when we called him on it? The last time, his excuse was "if you all knee who wrote it, you wouldn't have read it". That's been upgraded to "I was in a hurry".

He was completely uninterested in following that particular rule.

What would you suggest we do? Take away his birthday?
