In my understanding of methodological naturalism, there is never final, absolute proof of any specific hypothesis, only evidence supporting or failing to support it.
So when I consider the hypothesis of a god who manifested, one who wrestled and walked with forefathers, one who threw down walls and split oceans, one who offers to fulfill sincere prayers of the devout, I find the evidence to support that hypothesis lacking.

No batteries in the camera as of yesterday when I left town.

And better still, quit trying to insert those beliefs into to legal, social, and cultural dialogue.
