Now that you say it, yeah, it had that shield. Not sure about the guns though.

Best Pressies?
Childhood presents around 8-12 years seem to arouse my greatest memories and I can't decide between a few.

One of the first technical lego sets - the car with working pistons.[Image: f8daf8c989b11e866b91ec0863e2c475.jpg]

The other 2 would be either the original wooden Atari 2600 with space invaders and a few years later a 16K sinclair spectrum.

All 3 were magical things at the time but if I had to choose one, for sheer hours spent playing with it, it would have to be the speccy.

Best present I ever got was from my dad. He sent me a couple of lbs of hazelnuts the year I stationed in Korea. He shelled every one of them by hand because he knew I didn’t have a nut cracker.

Best one I ever gave was too dad. I took his 40 year old hand written address book, painstakingly entered all the addresses and phone numbers into an access database, then printed everything out on the pages of a leather bound address book. It included a list of people’s phone numbers and important dates. There was also a check box for Christmas cards. Come Christmas card time all he has to do is stick labels in the printer and it prints address labels and return labels for everyone on the list.
Save a life. Adopt a greyhound.
