Ohio's requirement will be D.O.A. the moment it is challenged in federal court. Outside of the Christian right, few people mistake the 1st Amendment with a case of hemorrhoids (oh, how it burns and itches!). Perhaps if the GOP stopped hiring attorneys who received their legal "education" at fucking Liberty University they'd stop embarrassing themselves like this.

Getting a degree from a religious University is like being an expert in All the Harry Potter books.
