Secularism is, in short, parsimonious terms that you can understand, is the guarantee that people can chose to be (not) religious. It's where a state does not say 'you must be x', which is also why a state which has a state religion can also be secular.

You made the proclamation the the top 10 countries on that list were secular proving your point. I point out that the first two countries on that list are not secular, yet you fail to address that point (can't imagine why) yet want to focus on "atheist" versus "secular".

If the religious can have a secular government, then atheists can have a secular government also...

No, Denmark by definition is not secular, I don't care how you try to spin it.

1. Secularism is what it is it keeps religions in line so no one religion has more power over the others.
2. Communism is a type of government it has no real affairs with religion.
3. Our nation was built under the ideals everyone is free for the pursuit of happiness and that Church and State are to be separated.
4. Our founding fathers knew how the monarchs of Europe used religion as power and they all agree religion should be kept away from any source of power because it creates tyranny.
