I know this. He's also a slick politician. He's a regular on American television with rationales excusing his country's horseshit that sound reasonable until you start digging into them. He knows the American electorate at least as well as any American politician, and tunes his fiddle to their pitch.

I know it's random, but saying his name like that is also weird to me. In East Africa and Swahili, 'Bibi' is like 'Mrs'. I wonder if he knows that?
