It's amazing how anyone can be affected by poor sleep patterns. I hope you do everything you can to be healthy as you can be because you are valuable to us.

*tears* thank you, I was actually just recently discussing this. The therapy and meds helped me a lot, but it was finding a safe way to sleep that made the hallucinations stop. The last 2 nights have been mostly sleepless and I can see what even just 2 days can do, it's a little scary. I am determined to get back on a normal sleep schedule starting tonight though.
