Time in a bottle: Scientists watch evolution unfold over 40,000 generations!
Short article from Michigan State University on a study of 40,000 generations of the bacterial E. coli beginning in 1988. Here's some evolution happening within your lifetime!! And perhaps in your own body.....

Dawkins devoted a lot of time to discussing this experiment in The Greatest Show on Earth.

A very large nail in the coffin of creationist stupidity.

You'd think so but they merely 'rebrand' it as Micro-evolution, absolute retards Big Grin

Well they'd be right in this case... it's evolution occurring at a microscopic level Smile

They state it as different to 'Macro-evolution' which they say there is no evidence for, it is merely a lot of micro changes.

So it is essentially a strawman argument on their part.

Yes. As Dawkins notes, one fossil out of place would demolish evolution far more than all of their sanctimonious bullshit.

Alas, no out of place fossils found so far!

I have read Dawkins latest book and so this comes as no surprise to me. But it is awesome to see evolution in action! Although, alot of theists are no longer denying evolution, they are saying god did it! Lol
