Sins

Drich, I want to make certain that I understand you correctly. If an unmarried person thinks about having sex with anyone then they have committed a sin?
Do you believe some people are born gay? In the story about the trucker, you stated that you decided at that moment you weren't gay. Didn't you know before which sex you found attractive? How old were you? (March 19, 2015 at 3:03 pm)Drich Wrote: I use to drive a route/service truck out to the coast 3 or 4 times aweek. One day the truck broke down (hottest day ever) so I called it in and limped the truck over to a rest area along side the turnpike. I was there at least an hour, and decided to go down to a swimming area take my boots off and soak my feet in the cold water. I wasn't there 5 mins when a 300 lb dude came up and asked "Are you working?" I was wearing a work shirt and said I technically am but my truck is broke down so I can really get to your equipment to fix it. he looked confused and said: "No, I meant are you Wooorking" and did an eyebrow raise It took me a second and I said no...Admit it, in that one second you thought about his manhood plunging into your rectum while you massaged your pectoral. But that aside, do you ever consider what you would have said to Jesus (if you actually were to meet him) when he pointed out the corrosive effects that rampant homophobia in his more hard-headed followers (such as yourself) had on his message of love, forgiveness, and acceptance?

So basically you're saying, being gay is a tough and undesirable choice, but gays are tough enough to walk that extra mile. So let me be perfectly blunt: Would you get it up with another man? I mean, it's a choice after all. You could just as well walk that path and blow some dick. That's what you're saying. No, that's actually not what you're saying. You're dodging the issue as usual when people try to nail you to your baseless assertions. You're just a bundle of walking bible quotes and hot air when push comes to shove. Own up for once and tell us, how the choice of being gay would pan out for you as an individual and male. At least I assume you're male. RE: Sins

Because as you pointed out if a gay man chooses 'an undesirable choice of being gay' then one can underscore he did infact choose to be gay. welcome to the dark side, see it's not so bad. I just hope for you that you don't have a clothing line and Elton John does not hear of this. Quote:So let me be perfectly blunt: Would you get it up with another man? I mean, it's a choice after all. You could just as well walk that path and blow some dick. That's what you're saying.i guess that would depend on whether or not I go to prision. I hear everyone 'chooses to be gay for the stay' (whether they want to or not.) Quote:No, that's actually not what you're saying. I was given an oppertunity to be gay, and I declined it. Again it was a choice. What about my answer confuses you so? The fact that I am not confused about my sexual orientation in any way shape or form? Even if I could never have sex with my wife again, I would choose a-sexuality over homosexuality. The key word here again is choose. There is always a choice, what most of you don't consider is the third option of a sexuality. It's always one or the other (homo/herto) with you people. Which is why your arguement fails. You want to believe because homosexuality is not an option for me that I have no other options which takes choice off the table.. Again, that's a bit of a 'queer' thought seeing how there is and alway be the third choice Christ Himself mentions. That is to be a eunic/a-sexual... For me that would be the tougher choice than to follow my sinful nature. What else you got? RE: Sins

Using logic on Drich is a bit like using breadcrumbs to tempt down a helicopter. Pointless and a waste of breadcrumbs.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I don't care what Jeebus says, you are conflating sexual orientation and sexual activity. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_orientation Quote:Sexual identity and sexual behavior are closely related to sexual orientation, but they are distinguished, with sexual identity referring to an individual's conception of themselves, behavior referring to actual sexual acts performed by the individual, and orientation referring to "fantasies, attachments and longings." Individuals may or may not express their sexual orientation in their behaviors. And your assertion that anyone can choose their orientation is baseless andu incorrect, as well. Quote:Efforts to change sexual orientation are unlikely to be successful and involve some risk of harm, contrary to the claims of SOCE practitioners and advocates. You seem to base this mistake on yhe idea that thought is equivalent to action, which is bullshit. Once again, why don't we see inmates with life sentences for thinking about murder? And in the context of thought crime, how do you view intrusive thoughts, which are very common? Thoughts that an individual has no control over? Your trucker story is irrelavant, since none of us considered you a rent boy as far as I can say. So you're not confused about your sexuality, good for you. So what gives you the authority to say others are? (March 20, 2015 at 1:37 am)Stimbo Wrote: Using logic on Drich is a bit like using breadcrumbs to tempt down a helicopter.
